Social Development department reiterates commitment to enhancing SASSA services

Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her help and determination to enhancing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) expert services all through an engagement together with the agency's senior managers in a strategic setting up session in Cape Town.

Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled from the 2024 matric examinations.

On the 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% of the registered pupils while in the training sector.
